    Yes, you can. Select the 'I'm requesting a trial/demo' option. You can also Contact Us to expedite the request.

  • I haven't received my downloads.
      

    For current customers, emails with download links are usually sent instantly.

    If you haven't received an email from Capvidia with download links within 10-15 minutes, please do the following:

    - Check SPAM / JUNK folder.

    - Ask your IT manager to whitelist capvidia.com domain emails.

    - See if you have previously unsubscribed to Capvidia emails and resubscribe again.

    If none of this helps, please contact your Capvidia representative or use our Contact Us form fill.

  • I have an expired license/maintenance.
      

    Customers with active maintenance are able to upgrade to the latest Capvidia software.

    Customers who are not in maintenance may either pay for an active maintenance fee to upgrade or in some cases purchase the new software.

    It's highly encouraged to stay active with maintenance to receive the latest upgrades with your Capvidia software.

  • How often is software updated?
      

    Software industry is always updating, especially in the field of CAD and MBD. Capvidia is always updating with official software released 1-2 twice a year, and beta software quarterly. We email customers when new releases are available.
